From a neighborhood test kitchen to a local studio offering private events.
We began as a weekly supper club — a place to test ideas with neighbors and document what worked. Early success led to requests for private dinners and pop-ups. We formalized processes, partnered with local farms, and invested in a small lab for recipe testing.
The first years were iterative: trial menus, feedback loops, and small batches. Each menu entry was scored by taste, rehearseability, and plating speed. That discipline turned experimental dishes into reliable standards for repeat clients.
Today we operate as a boutique culinary atelier: custom menus, transparent sourcing, and a booking process that starts with a consult and ends with a detailed pacing plan.
